Welcome to EightWheels.com!

My name is Bob Bergey, and I've been driving motorcoaches since 2002. That's me in the photo at the left, sitting behind the wheel of my favorite coach, an MCI J4500 (45 ft., 54 passenger), like shown in the masthead above. (I've got lots more photos of the coaches I drive in the Photo Gallery
here.)

This site has two purposes:

1) To serve motorcoach and tour bus drivers all over North America, making it easier to share information helpful in serving our passengers and making our jobs a little easier; and

2) To serve passengers who have toured with me on recent trips, helping them enjoy their travel by motorcoach and relive the memories.

Drivers

Fellow drivers, this site originally began with you in mind. I've upgraded it and added features several times over the last couple of years, and in October 2006 gave it the all-new look you see now. You're invited to sign the
Drivers' Guestbook, of course, and check out my blog, written by a driver for drivers.

A very important part of this site is the EightWheels.com
Forum -- an online bulletin board for drivers to exchange information of any kind as it relates to driving. Not long ago I also started a discussion list for drivers -- click the Discussion List page for information on subscribing. Last, but certainly not least, there is a Links page just for drivers -- valuable resources online to help plan your trips throughout North America.

Passengers

If you have been a passenger on one of my trips, I invite you to click the
Passengers link to the left, and sign my Passengers' Guestbook. You may rate the trip, the driver, and write a short comment or two about your experience.

In addition to the Guestbook, there is a
FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) especially for my passengers, and a Links page with resources you may find helpful to plan future trips. Of course, I had to include a link to my company's official website, Hagey Coach & Tours, where you can find up to date information on all our upcoming trips and even make your reservations online. Also, be sure to check the Photo Gallery -- there may be photos there from your trip! There's a very good chance you saw me with a camera, and here's where you can see some of the results.

Feedback is welcome -- please use the
Contact Me page with suggestions for additions or corrections to this site. Explore and enjoy!
